What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We also collect the configuration you chose, your student names if you provide them, and basic analytics about how you use the site.

How we use it

To fulfill your order, ship your Dreambook, respond to support questions, and send you transactional emails about your purchase. We do not sell your data. We may use aggregated, non-identifying information to understand how the site is used and improve it.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your cart, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can disable analytics cookies in your browser without breaking checkout.

AI and Victory

Your Dreambook comes with Victory, an on-device AI assistant. Conversations with Victory are processed to provide responses; we do not use your Victory conversations to train third-party models. Optional AI subscriptions are set up separately after delivery, directly with the provider you choose.

Sharing

We share data only with the services required to run the business: Stripe for payments, our shipping carrier for delivery, and our email provider for order confirmations. Each is bound by their own privacy obligations.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except what we must keep for tax and fraud-prevention records). Email privacy@getdreambook.com to exercise any of these rights.

Children

Dreambook is designed for students and families. A parent or guardian must place the order for anyone under 18, and student names are provided by the parent.

Changes

If we update this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
