Each Dreambook is a professionally reborn laptop running WUV Education OS. Specs vary by the configuration you choose at checkout. Reborn hardware may show minor cosmetic wear; this is not a defect and is not covered as one.
Prices are shown in US dollars and include the device, WUV Education OS, and one year of Victory. Payment is collected at checkout through Stripe. Taxes and shipping are calculated before you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refund any order affected by one.
Free standard shipping within the United States. Because every Dreambook is reborn by hand in limited batches and demand is currently running ahead of our restoration pace, please allow up to 30 days for delivery. You will receive a tracking number the moment your unit leaves our bench. Delivery times after that point are estimates and not guaranteed; we are not liable for carrier delays once the package is in transit.
Your Dreambook includes a one-year limited warranty covering hardware defects in normal use. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid spills, software you install, or normal battery wear. To make a claim, email support@getdreambook.com with your order number.
You may return your Dreambook within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the device price, provided it is returned in the condition you received it. Shipping is not refunded. Start a return by emailing support@getdreambook.com.
Victory is included for one year. After that, an optional subscription is available, set up directly with the provider of your choice after delivery. AI outputs are provided as-is; you are responsible for how you use them. We do not guarantee that Victory will be error-free or available at all times.
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt it. We may suspend access for anyone who violates these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your Dreambook. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with the date shown at the top.
